3. Registration and Account Security

To access certain features of our service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment

Course enrollment is subject to availability and our acceptance of your registration. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at our sole discretion.

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified
• All fees are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7-14 days before course start date
• No refund if cancellation occurs less than 7 days before course start date
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Course materials and certifications must be returned for refund eligibility

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of EduLegacy or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our educational materials for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission
• Modify or create derivative works based on our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Share login credentials or course access with others

7. User Conduct
